Our August Packet will actually be sent out during the week of August 9. I am attaching our supply list to this note in case you would like to get started with your shopping.

2016-2017 PRESCHOOL SUPPLY LIST:
Please label the following with your child’s name:
- backpack/book bag
- set of clean clothes (to be kept in your child’s backpack at all times, in case of an accident)
- water bottle
- 4 x 6 family photo
Please do not label the following:
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 1 package of baby/hand wipes
- 2 packages of stickers
Comfort Kit #1 Guidelines
(These will be kept in the preschool)
Directions: Please assemble a Comfort Kit for your child in case of a lock-down emergency which could last 6-8 hours. This kit will be kept in the preschool. Place the following items in a one gallon Ziploc bag with your child’s name on the front and label “Preschool”. The bags are turned in on your designated “Meet the Teacher” day.
Emergency Kit Items:
1 juice box
1 cereal product (individual sized)
1 fruit item (choose one of the following)
-raisins in a box
-individual sized applesauce
-individual sized mixed fruit
-fruit snack
1 plastic spoon
1 chemical snap light or flashlight with batteries
1 letter of comfort and photo of family
Comfort Kit #2 Guidelines
(These will be kept in the Outdoor Emergency Container)
Directions: Please assemble a Comfort Kit for your child in case of an earthquake. This kit will be kept in the emergency container outside. Place the following items in a one gallon Ziploc bag with your child’s name on the front and label it “Outside”. The bags are turned in on your designated “Meet the Teacher” day.

PLEASE SEND IN ONE EXTRA LARGE SWEATSHIRT TO BE STORED IN THE OUTDOOR CONTAINER. THERE WILL BE ONE SWEATSHIRT FOR EACH CHILD IN THE SCHOOL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. PLEASE DO NOT LABEL AS THESE WILL BE DISRIBUTED RANDOMLY IF NEEDED. (THESE WILL NOT BE RETURNED…)
