Happy Halloween and Happy November!
Preschool Conferences are quickly approaching. You will find a Pre-Conference Questionnaire in your child’s file. Please fill it out and return it by Thursday. I hope that you received an email with conference sign up information. Please check the schedule and choose a spot that works for you or email me to set up a time before or after the Thanksgiving week. Our conference blocks are 20 minutes each, and we do ask that you please do not bring your children, as we are unable to provide childcare. Thank you!
CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES –
Literacy – This is an exciting week as we will begin our Letter Work. The children will be exposed to each letter and sound in alphabetical order over the course of the year.
Letter of the week – A
Sharing – Please have your child bring an A item to share with the class on Thursday. This item will be displayed on our Sharing Shelf and sent home at the end of the day.
Our songs, stories, and poems will focus on the letter A.
Faith Formation – Children will learn that God called us to be kind, loving and forgiving.
They will also learn that God is with us even in our troubles.
Math – We will continue to focus on counting and number identification
ABC Music & Me – Laugh & Learn: Unit 3 – Let’s Play
