Safe Environment Training- It is an archdiocesan policy that all volunteers have completed the Safe Environment training before volunteering in the classroom, attending field trips, etc. If you are not sure if you have completed all of the necessary parts, you can contact Melissa in the Parish Office (206)935-8353.
Magazine Sale – Many thanks to our families who purchased magazines. This is one of our key fund raisers and your support is greatly appreciated.
Holy Rosary Open House on Saturday, October 21 from 10-1:00. Please spread the word.
HRS trick-or-treat – Please see the flyer in the preschool. There will be a trick-or-treat event in the big school on Friday, October 27 from 10-11:30. Bring friends and siblings for this super fun event. Your children are invited to wear their costumes to this event.
Parish Halloween Festival – The Holy Rosary Youth Group is hosting a Halloween festival on Saturday, October 28 from 6:15 – 8:00 in the school hall. We hope you can make it to this evening of fun, games, and Halloween treats.
Classroom Halloween attire – On Halloween day, we invite the children to wear orange and black rather than costumes to school.
Preschool Conferences – Our Parent Conferences are coming up in November. Please refer to your preschool calendar. There will be no school on November 20, 21, or 22 as we will be conferencing during those days. You will receive a preconference form and an opportunity to sign up for your preferred time slot as we get into November. Preschool will be closed November 23 and 24 for Thanksgiving.
No School on Friday, November 10 – There will be no preschool on Friday, November 10, in honor of Veteran’s Day. Please mark your calendar.
Classroom Volunteers – We have now posted our volunteer calendar on the bulletin board in the foyer. We would love to have you join us if you are able.
