I hope that you have enjoyed the weekend. I cannot believe how little school is left. This week, Teacher Sara will be with us for part of each day while I complete our final assessments. This is the first time in my teaching career that I have been able to move up with a class. I am so excited to be able to teach your dear children again next year!
This is our last week to check out library books. Please return all books by Tuesday, 5/24.
CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES –
Literacy – This week’s letter is the letter: X
*Every Thursday is letter item day! Your child is invited to bring in a letter X item from home to share with the class.
Faith Formation: Children will be able to tell how they can honor the three Persons in one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Math : We will continue graphing while also focusing on counting objects using 1:1 correspondence. To practice at home, have your child count any items (goldfish crackers, rocks, legos) by touching and moving the object while counting it.

UPCOMING EVENTS –
June 7 – Last day of preschool slide show and party. 8:30 a.m. Our early timing is so that parents of kindergarteners can then head up to the graduation which begins at 10. All family members are welcome. Many thanks to Scotti’s mom, Dawn, who is creating our slide show.
*There is a sign up sheet in the foyer for party goodies if you would like to bring something.
